Founder  Care Coordinator at True Infinity Support. My journey in the disability support sector has been shaped by my life experiences. Growing up with a father who suffered an acquired brain injury from a car accident instilled in me the values of empathy, compassion, and the importance of learning how to provide support without judgment. Supporting my father now and his whole life this personal background has fuelled my passion for helping others in similar situations, and it drives my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those with disabilities.

Founder  Care Coordinator at True Infinity Support. I started this service because I believe everyone deserves to feel genuinely supported, respected, and empowered to live their best life.

My journey into the disability sector is both professional and personal. Living with Stickler Syndrome, I understand first-hand the importance of having the right support, and the difference it makes when people see you — not just your disability.

That’s why at True Infinity Support, we’re all about building real connections and putting people first. With over 10 years of experience across disability services, leadership, and community care, I’m passionate about creating a team that truly cares. We focus on making sure every person we work with feels heard, valued, and supported in the way that suits them best.

ROSTER COORDINATOR

I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, beginning my journey in 2003 after completing my Certificate III in Aged Care. Since then, I have developed a strong passion for providing quality support, transitioning from aged care into the disability care sector.

Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to improving the lives of others and ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect. Over the past two years, I have moved into a more administrative role, focusing on rostering. However, I remain closely connected to the care aspect of our services, actively supporting both our clients and care teams.

My passion for this field continues to grow, and I take great pride in contributing to a positive and person-centred care experience.

ROSTER COORDINATOR

Growing up with my grandad, who has a disability, and witnessing my mum successfully manage her own NDIS company has profoundly shaped my life. I have embraced both roles of roster coordinator and support worker, finding immense fulfillment in the work I do. This sector resonates with me deeply, as it offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

ACCOUNTS ADMIN

Joining True Infinity Support at just 17 years old has been an incredibly enriching experience. After gaining my Certificate II in Community Services and now working towards my next qualification while being actively involved in the accounts team has offered me a well-rounded perspective on both accounts team and community service roles.

The supportive environment here is remarkable; I have received extensive training and personalized guidance from experienced mentors who are genuinely invested in my success. This hands-on experience has not only honed my skills in financial management and community service but has also deepened my understanding of how these areas intertwine. Being part of such a passionate and dedicated team has fueled my desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives, turning a job into a true calling.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

From a young age, I have been actively engaged in the disability sector, as my parents' were foster carers for 10 years. This experience has instilled in me the values of generosity and compassion, which I believe are essential in making a difference in the world.

As a naturally creative individual, I pursued a digital marketing certificate, and I couldn't envision a better opportunity than managing the marketing efforts for True Infinity Support.
